Our handsome 5yo, Saachi, stayed on strongly to open his account on the flat at Wolverhampton on Tuesday evening, under a superb ride from the ever impressive Billy Loughnane. Having taken up the running, after about a furlong, Saachi made the rest of the running under an astute ride from Billy and then kicked clear with a furlong and a half to run. The odds on favourite was caught napping and he could never get to us with Billy always having things under control, Saachi stretching out well in front and seeing the trip out well to win by two lengths. We are delighted to see him win for his loyal owners, and look forward to what’s next for him with options to consider under both codes.
Saachi won in the hands of Billy Loughnane, in what was the second leg of his impressive first five-timer, completed by Saachi’s stablemate, Law Supreme, for Ian Williams.
