We are pleased to announce to you today, an extremely exciting new addition to the Newmarket Racing Club string of quality racehorses – and just in time for Christmas, the perfectly named, GIFT OF KINGS!
Yes, this good looking 3yo colt is by none other than, Kingman, one of the world’s leading sires, and winner of all of his races, bar one, when second in the Two Thousand Guineas – he won a number of Group One events including the Irish equivalent of the Two Thousand Guineas, the St James Palace Stakes, Sussex Stakes and the Prix Jacques Le Marois.
This colt is out of a mare called Indian Love Bird and is from a fantastic winning family – he is a half brother to four winners, notably the Group One winner, Delegator and also the four time winner, Correspondent.
When sold as a yearling, Gift Of Kings fetched 120,000 guineas and was formerly trained up in Hambleton by Kevin Ryan before coming to his new trainer, Tom Clover. He has already won a race for his previous yard but with a little tweak or two to his training regime, Tom and ourselves are confident we can progress his career still further!
Here’s what Tom had to say about him…
Already a winner over ten furlongs, he looks sure to get a mile and a half and shares in Gift of Kings are now available from just £1250 for a 5% share. Representing exceptional value, for a horse that once cost 120,000 guineas, we are looking forward to him realising his full potential in a much more conventional season, in 2021! And, with the opportunities that will be open to him, there lies a clear prospect of increasing his value.
Become an owner of this exciting colt with all the usual rights and privileges of ownership in a really exciting prospect – with equivalent shares of prize money, and sales proceeds, naturally, included…
