Of course, we know that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this resumption will be taking place behind closed doors, and with strict restrictions, for the safety of all. On Saturday, the BHA released their guidelines for the resumption of racing – these can be found here. Whilst we are delighted with the restart of racing, unfortunately, we can see on page 7 that Owners are not currently on the list for access on race days. This is highly disappointing, but we understand the obvious need to limit numbers. These restrictions will be regularly reviewed and the BHA advise that they will seek to provide opportunities for Owners to attend at the earliest appropriate opportunity.
So, whilst this means we won’t be able to invite you to the racecourses at present, we still have some exciting plans for the club and we have taken steps to ensure you don’t miss a trick. Also, with the postponed breeze up sales due to, finally, take place shortly, we will be looking to extend the string imminently!
